This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Degenphone ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you access or use our services, applications, or smart-contract systems (collectively, the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
1. Introduction
Degenphone is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, control, or have access to your wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, NFTs, or digital assets. This Policy covers information we may collect through the Platform itself (e.g., website usage, support communications) and does not extend to on-chain data, which is public by nature.

Third-party infrastructure (blockchain networks, wallet providers, telecom/eSIM partners) have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for how they handle data.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, analyze traffic, and improve the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it where possible. On-chain data is retained indefinitely by the respective blockchain.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is completely secure; you are responsible for securing your wallet and credentials.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, or to object to certain processing and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
